This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to replace generator per the specifications provided by Capital Improvements Division. Whereas, it was a condition precedent to the submission of said bid that a certified check cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid be submitted with said bid as a guarantee that the bidder would, if given a Notification from Owner, enter into a written contract with the County, and furnish a public construction bond in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) of the total Contract, within fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days after the County issues the Notification from Owner. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
