The project includes a new Headquarters Fire Station 84 of approximately 16,663 sq. ft., Reserve Storage Building of approximately 4,323 sq. ft. and associated site work. The proposed station will be wood framed structure with administration offices, (4) apparatus bays, support spaces, crew living spaces, and (6) sleeping rooms. The reserve storage building will include (4) apparatus bays and storage rooms. The reserve building has an alternate plan (ALT-1) of approximately and additional 865 sq. st. that includes an additional Apparatus Bay and IT room . The site work will include storm water mitigation, utilities, landscaping and parking. The Site work has an alternate plan (Alt-2) for utility extensions.
