Fire Station next to City Hall at 3800 University Blvd, University Park, TX, 75205. Respondents are required to physically inspect the Fire Station to confirm dimensional information for their responses.

The City of University Park (“City”) is accepting proposals from Qualified Respondents to replace the fire station apparatus bay doors. The existing apparatus bay doors were installed in 2007. Over a period of fourteen (14) years with frequent use, these doors and the mechanical operating components have become worn and subject to failure. These failures have resulted in costly service calls, minor damage to fire equipment, and delay in response when a door does not operate properly. The City is considering changing the appearance of the doors for these replacements (see Exhibit B – Bay Door Conceptual Drawing). Respondents are asked to provide product sheets, costs, and other information for this type of design, in addition to replacements of “like-and-kind” doors of the existing design. This is a one time contract. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on May 26th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
