The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Repair of earthquake damage to the main entry of Fire Station No. 9 including install of helical piers, strengthening or lifting of footings, and other masonry repairs, both structural and aesthetic. Bonds required.
