The First Creek Interceptor, Segments 1B, 1C, and 1D (FCI 1BCD) Bid Package 2 project, includes the installation of a 42-inch interceptor at Argonne St. from 56th Ave. south crossing Dunkirk Ave. and tying in at Picadilly Rd. The project includes open-cut construction and trenchless crossings of creeks and arterial streets. The project also traverse multiple municipal jurisdictions including the City and County of Denver. The estimated cost for this project is from $37,150,000.00 to $43,010,000.00. The Contract Documents require that all work be Substantially Complete by November 16, 2023 with Final Completion by April 20, 2024. This will be a phase-funded project with funding for the 2023 and 2024 years subject to the annual appropriation of funds by Council and is anticipated to be $7,000,0000.00 in 2022, $15,000,000.00 in 2023 and $10,000,000.00 in 2024. Funds will be added to the contract at the beginning of the 2023 and 2024 years by way of a change order that will be subject to approval by City Council. Questions due 8/25/22. Bonds required.
