Trades: General Engineering Contractor GEC, Poured Concrete Piers and Foundation Contractor, Highway, Road Improvement, Parking Lot Pavement Construction/Repair: Resurfacing or Chip Seal - General Engineering Contractor

Demolition and New Construction/Replacement: Work of the project, in general, includes, but not limited to, the following: • New floating fishing pier and concrete abutment. • Fishing platform approximately 25 ft x 25 ft located over approximately 20 ft deep water in the old rock quarry pit area. • Shade structure with benches constructed over a portion of the 25 ft x 25 ft fishing platform. • Concrete paved areas for one accessible van parking space and access aisle in the existing gravel parking lot near the fishing pier. • Concrete paved accessible walkway connecting the van accessible parking space to the new fishing pier. • One accessible picnic site connected to the fishing pier accessible route • Demolish and remove the existing wooden fishing pier and associated abutment. • Concrete paved area for one accessible van parking space and access aisle in the existing gravel parking lot near the restroom facility. • Concrete paved accessible walkway connecting the accessible van parking space to the restroom facility. All work shall be completed within two hundred forty (240) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM on June 22nd. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
