Owner Reference: 2020-529, 804 0014

Bid Date: 06/04/2020 at 05:00pm

Estimate: $450,999

This project involves the construction of an approximately 1,200-foot long, 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm drain that will flow from the eastern terminus of Saint Christopher Lane south along the alignment described above where it will connect with the existing 42-inch RCP Sunnymead Master Drainage Plan (MDP) Line M-11 within Flaming Arrow Drive, just north of Bay Avenue. A 48-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) riser with openings and a grate will be constructed at the upstream terminus of the proposed RCP storm drain where it will collect storm water from the eastern terminus of Saint Christopher Lane and adjoining. A graded surface swale will convey any surface flows from Saint Christopher Lane to Sweet Grass Drive. The project includes various utility relocations, including electrical, cable, telephone, sewer, and water. An 8” water main near the intersection of Sweet Grass Drive and Flaming Arrow Drive will be relocated. Other wet and dry utility laterals will be protected in place, or relocated, as needed. 120 working days.
