Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Fleet Services #3 Offices and Lounge Renovation. The project will be completed in two phases. The first phase will include the lounge and kitchenette. The second space will include the office space. All spaces of project will require demolition of all ceiling tile, grid, accessories, and lighting. All wall paneling, furring, studs and drywall will be removed. The window and door system will be removed from the kitchenette area.
