Scope of work to include but not limited to: Floor Covering Labor, Materials and Equipment. Approximately 6,806 SF. It is the contractor’s responsibility to verify area of flooring to be replaced. Sequence of work; Work will be completed in 3 phases. All furniture and file cabinets and flat files will need to be removed from the facility by contractor and stored in a suitable location on site and then re-installed by the contractor. Contractor may jack up some furniture, replace flooring and reset furniture in its proper place. See attached. Bons required.
