Base Bid: Renovate the DEP Warehouse and Annex at 3917 Commonwealth Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399 per plans and specifications. Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
