In general, the work consists of the construction of a new distribution, office, and warehousing facility. Components of work include, but are not limited to; concrete work; pre-engineered metal building systems, wood stud partition framing, metal stud soffit framing, building insulation, metal roofing and wall panels, hollow metal doors and frames; wood doors, aluminum storefront systems; overhead sectional doors; glazing, door hardware; gypsum board; various interior floor, wall, and ceiling finishes; painting; edge-of-dock levelers; HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical power and lighting systems. Site work generally consists of utility work; rough and finish grading; asphalt and concrete paving; fencing and gates; site lighting; landscaping and irrigation. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
