This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to select multiple qualified contractors to provide on-call general maintenance services to the Public Works Department of the City of Azusa. The on-call contract will be for a minimum period of three (3) years with options to extend the contract for two (2) additional one year periods. Duties may consist of Concrete Grinding/Ramping, Sidewalk Replacement, Pothole Repairs, General Landscaping, Weed Abatement and Spraying, Illegal Dumping Cleanup (City will provide use of dumpsters at 1st street yard), General Facilities Maintenance, (Plumbing, Electrical, Patching/Painting, etc.) Graffiti Removal, Pressure Washing Sidewalks, Bus Stops, etc. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
