Work consists of the removal of six (6) existing below air release valve (ARV) assemblies in man holes. Work includes installation of six (6) new above grade air release valves (ARVs) and ancillary appurtenances on existing force mains near the Hamlin Boulevard area. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond guarantee in the sum of five percent (5%) of the base bid and made payable to Pinellas County. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
