The City of Leesburg is soliciting qualified contractors with expertise in sanitary sewer replacement work. Work consists of the method and process for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, necessary to provide for the complete replacement of a force main from an existing 16-inch ductile iron force main over to a new 16-inch C900 PVC force main. The old ductile iron force main will then be abandoned and shall be grout filled with flowable fill and properly capped.
