Special Provisions- The Contractor shall coordinate the water service installation with the abandonment of the well and activation of the sewer to limit service disruption to the O’Neil property. The well must be abandoned prior to activation of sewer. The contractor is responsible for the connection of the water service to the water plumbing at the existing wellsite. The water system plumbing shall be completed in accordance with New Hanover County building standards.
