Installation of a new powdered activated carbon (PAC) feed system silo. Installation of PAC feed equipment as specified, including all piping and connections for three (3) feed points. Installation of a new building, with compressor system pre-installed in building. Stainless steel lines (carbon feed) as shown on the plans, including supports and coring through existing structures to install the carbon feed lines. Installation of a waterline as shown on the plans. Demolition of an existing PAC feed system and silo. Electrical work as required and specified for power and control of the equipment, including instrumentation and coordination with EPWater for programming and SCADA. Backfill, compaction, and concrete road replacement•Implementation of TPDES requirements, traffic control (within the Plant), support of existing utilities (including water, sewer, and electrical), and all labor and materials necessary to provide a complete project in accordance with the plans and specifications
