The Work included in the Bid is defined in the Project Drawings and Specifications and will generally include demolition, relocation of the existing trees, 3,500 square-foot community and maintenance building, expansion to the existing play area and additional play equipment and shade canopy, new park benches and seating areas, picnic shelter, picnic table, BBQ unit and trash receptacles, lighted basketball & tennis courts and artificial turf soccer field, parking lot with ac paving, new concrete walkways with lighting, drinking fountains, landscape and irrigation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
