The purpose of this project is modernization of the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) Ft. Worth Cobb Park Readiness Center facility including mitigation of life, safety & code related deficiencies. Interior building improvements include selective demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire suppression, fire alarm mass notification, and IT/telecom trades. Exterior building improvements include site civil modifications, concrete and asphalt paving, concrete curbs, stairs, ramps, sidewalks, site lighting, and site utility upgrades. All bidders must be pre-qualified to bid (Prime & General Contractors only). The deadline to submit completed pre-qualification documents to Freese and Nichols, Inc. is 4:00 PM, Thursday, April 30, 2020. Once a bidder has been Pre-Qualified the bid package will be released. Pre-qualified bidders MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) Mandatroy site visits
