This turnkey project encompasses removal and replacement of a diesel and unleaded gasoline fueling facility located at the Dorchester County Department of Public Works (Owner) facility at 5435 Handley Road in Cambridge, MD. The Contractor will remove and dispose of the existing fuel dispensers, underground fuel lines, concrete slab and related appurtenances. Two existing 12,000-gallon above-ground fuel storage tanks (AST’s) shall remain and the exterior of each shall be cleaned and painted along with exterior piping, supports and appurtenances. The replacement fueling facility will include all required piping, vents, fittings, gauges, valves, gaskets, seals, sealants, and any other ancillary items necessary to the fueling systems. Bonds required.
