The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, MD (hereafter referred to as HOC) is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors, who are licensed, bonded, and insured to conduct business within the State of Maryland for Elevator Maintenance Services at ten (10) properties (apartment buildings, single family special needs home, and one office building). Contract term shall be for a period of one (1) year from date of award, and shall be renewable for up to four (4) additional one year periods. Prices shall remain firm for one (1) year. Questions due April 28, 2022 by 2:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
