The Contractor shall, prior to start of work, have met all insurance requirements. The Contractor shall have five years continuous previous experience in traction modernization, service, and repair work. The Contractor shall have performed this work as the same organizational Contractor during those previous five years. The Contractor shall comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the scope of work, as well as all other listed requirements. The Contractor shall have, prior to start of work, inspected the elevators to establish number of stories, elevator stops, building population, official working hours, and other working conditions. This project encouraged M/WBE participation. Bid Bond Required. Commodity code 91013.
