DEO is requesting sealed bidsfrom qualified contractors to obtain competitive prices for the provision of all labor, supervision, associated hardware and materials, required permits, warranty and equipment necessary to remove and replace the internal Air Handler Units (AHU) located in the penthouse of the Fuller Warren Building, as specified in accordance with the Project Specifications provided by Pinnacle Engineering. A 5% bid bond is required.
