Furnish and Install concrete curbs and handicap ramps on Rown and Bronico Drives. Carefully the existing asphaltic concrete roadway adjacent to the proposed curb, approximately 30 feet from the existing opposite curb line, prior to removing the existing material and maintain the existing right of way, to the maximum existing possible. Install new curb and Handicap ramp with ADA mat as shown on the attached project documents. After installation, the concrete shall be thoroughly vibrated in place, bull floated and then cut with 1/4 groove, no greater than 4' separation. a maintenance bond for one year in an amount equal to 5% of the total cost of the project shall be required upon completion.
