The City of Torrance is seeking a supplier for the furnishing of Asphalt Concrete, mIxes and SS-1h Emulsion for 5 year period for road improvements.The Public Works Department requires the products listed below to perform street maintenance work on city streets on a daily basis. Street maintenance crews complete approximately 10 acres of road repairs annually. Public Works crews will pick up most of the required product from the vendor (Will Call) and transport the material to the work site. Due to the need to have hot asphalt mix at the job site, it is imperative for crews to have access to a plant within close proximity to Torrance. Q&A due by 09/16/20 at Noon.
