The purpose of these specifications is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide the County of Cape May with inspection, preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for County Facility’s Overhead Doors, Automatic Fire Shutters and Storm Shutters. It is the intent of the Contract that the equipment listed be serviced and maintained so as to preserve the operating characteristics in line with the original design and purpose. These specifications encompass planned maintenance and required parts/repairs only. The initial term of the contract shall be for one (1) year commencing, upon execution by the County, on or about October 26th, 2022. Deadline for questions is September 28, 2022 by 12:00pm.
