This project generally involves the construction of a new approximately 3,000 square foot, single story Terminal Building. The Terminal Building will include office and administrative space, conference room, pilot lounge, common area, restrooms, vestibules, mechanical room, and counter island. The building will include all necessary plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems. Each bid must be made using the proposal forms provided in the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the County of Oswego in the amount of five percent of the total maximum proposal price as a guarantee that the bidder will enter in to the Contract if the project is awarded to them. If upon acceptance of the bid, a bidder fails to enter into a Contract with the County of Oswego, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited and become the property of the County.
