This is a federally funded construction contract that is funded in whole or in part with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). CDBG funds will be used for grading and construction of new asphalt pavement over existing dirt roadways and other miscellaneous minor improvements, including all appurtenant work related to a project of this type. Project site is Cactus Street – 1st Avenue to 6th Avenue 4th Avenue – from Joshua Street to Cactus Street. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. MWBE goals.
