The Asphalt Overlay application will be used on the East side of the City on the streets where maintenance is needed. Project construction may include but is not limited to: asphalt milling and overlay, seal coat, base and pavement replacement, cleaning and sealing joints and cracks, speed humps, striping and pavement markings removal and installation, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls-combination type, wheel chair ramps, topsoil, sodding, adjusting existing valve boxes and manholes, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
