This work will include up to a 1.5" inch milling and overlay with 1" inches of VDOT approved SM-9.0E with a minimum Asphalt Content of 6.5% and a rap content of 15%, including utility adjustments, sweep cleaning and all necessary preparation and finish work including but are not limited to patching, restoration (when needed), sidewalk repair, handicap ramps, pavement marking, etc. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
