Estimate: $100,000 Not to exceed $200,000 annually.

The City of Healdsburg solicits sealed bids for an annual contract for concrete maintenance throughout the City. The Contractor shall perform the concrete work generally consisting of: removal and replacement of miscellaneous concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, brick pavers, and storm drain inlet hoods, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Contract herein, the project Plans and Technical Specifications. This is a unit price bid and the work will usually be divided into work orders with a minimum value of $3000.00 (or some value greater than $500) with a maximum yearly contract amount to be determined by the City Council, but in no case shall it exceed $200,000.  The total annual contract shall guarantee the contractor a minimum amount of $100,000. This Contract shall be subject to renewal for four (4) additional one-year terms, for a total maximum term of five (5) calendar years.
