The 2021 Street & Alley Program Bid 21-0034PW is generally described as furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install 26 inlet protections, remove and replace approx. 508 linear ft of Type I Curb, remove and replace approx. 837 linear ft of Type II Suburban Curb, remove and replace approx. 1388 linear ft of Type III Curb and Gutter, remove and replace approx. 3950 sq ft of 6" concrete driveway apron, remove and replace approx. 8270 sq ft of 4" concrete flatwork, remove approx. 1000 sq ft of brick sidewalk and replace with new 4" concrete sidewalk, remove and replace 24 catch basin frame and hear, remove and replace approx. 43 linear ft of concrete valley gutter, install approx. 550 sq ft of new 4" concrete flatwork, install approx. 750 sq ft of new 6" concrete driveway apron, installation of 210 sq ft of detectable truncated domes and install 340 cubic yards of graded aggregate. Contractors will also prepare approx. 26,566 sq yds of subgrade for resurfacing or paving, including any cleaning, sweeping, root mat removal, manhole and valve lid adjustment, roto-mill 54,905 sq yd-inch of bituminous pavement. Contractors will remove 20 cubic yds of misc. materials and install 20 tons of GABC. Contractors will overlay approx. 3079 tons of type "C" hot mix. contractors will patch 20 sq yds of roadway using type "C" hot mix. Other items include 1477 linear ft of double yellow solid stiping, 200 linear ft of single yellow solid striping, 1327 linear ft of single white solid striping, 2 painted arrows, 173 linear ft of stop bar, 34 crosswalk bars, and 2 traffic signal loops.
