Major items of work consist of the installation of 15,100 square feet of new pervious shared-use path (asphalt or concrete), 3300 square feet of concrete sidewalks and ramps, 1010 tons of asphalt-paved roadway, MSE, block and cantilever retaining walls, a 15-foot wide pre-cast concrete stream culvert, stream channelization and restoration improvements, stormwater and sewer conveyance improvements, sewer pipe replacement and/or rehabilitation, potable water hydrant relocation, landscaping and water quality facility landscaping, electronic signs, striping, signage, and related work.
