Lee County desires to contract with a qualified Contractor to perform utility work, roadway, fountain, and drainage improvements to the intersection of Gateway Blvd and Griffin Drive in Fort Myers, Florida. Work will consist of the following: removal and relocation of existing utilities, open cuts, fountain construction, and construction of a roundabout with drainage improvements at the intersection of Gateway Blvd and Griffin Drive. Term: From the Notice to Proceed or the Purchase Order date, whichever applies, the timeframe for completion of all Work to Final Acceptance shall be: 365 calendar days. Questions via email to Owner.
