New Construction: The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (hereafter referred to as HOC) is soliciting proposals from qualified General Contractors that are licensed and insured to conduct business within the State of Maryland. General Contractors shall provide single source construction for the construction of HOC Headquarters located in at Fenwick Lane and Second Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland, Montgomery County, Maryland. The proposed concrete structural frame, nine-story building of approximately 82,000 square feet will feature high-quality materials & finishes, and a ground floor HOC Service Center.
