The City of Winter Haven is seeking bids from qualified licensed building contractors or general contractors, as described in Chapter 489 of the Florida State Statutes, to provide construction and construction related services on an as needed hourly basis at various City locations. It is anticipated the initial contract will be for a period of two (2) years, with an option for two (2) renewals of two (2) years each. It is the City’s desire to award contracts to multiple vendors thereby creating a pool of available firms. Work will be assigned to an awarded contractor based on things such as availability to start construction, particular expertise, proximity, or similar factors. Questions due by 6/27/2023, 2:00pm. Bonds required.
