The Court is seeking proposals for General Door, Gate, Fence Repair, and Maintenance Services . The Court intends to issue one or more contracts to qualified Contractors to establish a bank or group of Contractors to provide services for projects on as as-needed basis. There are 15 court locations in three geographical regions (Desert, Mid-County & Western. The doors and gates covered in this Statement of Work (“SOW”) may be located in loading dock/delivery areas, secured parking areas, detention areas, common ingress and egress areas, etc.; may be operated by magnetic locking mechanisms, access and detention control systems, etc.; and consist of roll-up doors, sliding gates, swinging (man) doors, etc. Contract duration is 3 years with 2 annual renewals. Prevailing wages apply.
