The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish contracts with five or more qualified contractors for per area (eVA zones) per trade who can provide the following services: Landscaping, Fine Mowing, Bush Hogging, Tree Trimming, Excavating, Gravel Hauling, Erosion and Sediment Control, Gravel Parking Lot Maintenance and Restoration, Snow and Ice Removal, etc. This will include repairs, maintenance, enhancements and new installation on an “as needed” basis at various National Guard facilities throughout the state of Virginia for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA). Locations of work: National Guard Readiness Centers, Facility Maintenance Shops, Fort Pickett Directorate of Public Works, and State Military Reservation Directorate of Public Works. Questions are due by June 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required.
