The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to include, but not limited to, Subsurface Utility Engineering & Location (SUE Level B) services required to locate all buried utilities in areas of construction, new generator, concrete mounting pad, connection to existing propane service and trenching new underground propane piping to new generator location, pulling conductors in existing 2-inch conduit from the generator location to the existing manual transfer switch. Miscellaneous electrical items, chain link fencing, startup & training of the new standby generator system with Town designated staff. Bonds required. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
