This is an informal solicitation for quotes for resurfacing work at George Christopher Courts. 1. Existing single tennis court is approximately~6,500 sq ft. (See Figure 4). 2. The court is fully enclosed by perimeter fencing and retaining walls. 3. The tennis court is accessible via a pathway off Diamond Heights Blvd. and through a pedestrian swing gate. 4. The courts are drained by an existing slope along the Eastern wall and a drain box outside the entrance gate (Photo 1 & Figures 2 & 4). 5. Street parking is limited, and parking is enforced on sweeping days. a. A temporary construction parking permit should be reserved in advance with SFMTA. (Permit orders take approximately 3 weeks to process.) 6. Weekend construction (if requested) must be arranged at least one week in advance with the SF Rec Park Project Manager. 7. Dust control measures must be implemented during all phases of construction. Q&A due by 01/12/21 at 5PM. LBE Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
