To participate in the meeting during which we will set the subcontractor categories, simply connect via telephone as directed in the contact information posting.

The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials, the scope includes ~6,500 SF expansion, renovating existing interior spaces, and supporting site work, and other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer. All work on this contract must be complete within 390 Calendar Days. Q&A due 6 days prior to bid. 

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
