The project is generally described as demolition of interior 2-story construction and construction of a one-story 1250 SF interior tenant fit-up within an existing warehouse structure, including metal stud, GWB, insulation, ceilings, finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler work. The work also included exterior demolition and replacement of ramps and steps. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
