This scope of the work consists of a new 20,645 sf+/-two-story,steel framed,slab on grade new police station that will house the Goodman Section Police Department and the Southeast Neighborhood Service Center offices. The work includes site improvements on an existing Brownfield site, and must follow the protocols identified in the Environmental Management Plan for the identification and management of regulated materials that maybe encountered during construction including the installation of a sub-slab depressurization below the building. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
