It is intent of the County to enter into an agreement with one Contractor. The Contractor selected will prepare the site and the surrounding area where the playground will be located; provide and install the playground equipment presented in the Contractors proposal. The County reserves the right to change portions of the Contractors design during Elevation level 5, Negotiations. The Contractor is also responsible for post construction clean up, any damage to the Gordon Heights Park and/or its existing amenities by the fault of the Contractor must be repaired to its original state or better prior to the damage being done at no cost to the County. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
