The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete the construction of Graham Swamp Trail and Pedestrian Bridge over State Road 100 and associated improvements in Flagler County, Florida in conformance with the project plans and contract documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: construction of a paved trail and elevated boardwalk in the Graham Swamp system from Lehigh Trail continuing south approximately 1.6 miles to SR 100, connecting with both the existing sidewalk along the north of SR 100 and a new proposed pedestrian bridge across State Road 100. The pedestrian bridge will continue to a connection with a proposed sidewalk along the south side of SR 100 to connect with the existing sidewalk along Old Kings Road. Improvements within the State Road 100 Right of Way will be constructed and inspected in accordance with FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. All pedestrian facilities shall adhere to current American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Utility coordination will be required. Insurance Required. Bid Bond Required
