1151 Pamela Street, Leesburg, FL 34748 Attendees will meet at the Administrative Building just inside the front gates for the pre-bid meeting & site visit.
The purpose of this construction project is to relocate a sewer main. The main is currently located underneath a privately-owned building. A new sewer main will be constructed and the old sewer main abandoned in place with flowable fill. The City is seeking bids from Contractors to provide labor, material, equipment and supervision related to completing this work as detailed in the drawings. ST-2. SITE INSPECTION Suppliers are responsible for attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit to inspect the site and familiarize themselves with the location and conditions. Suppliers must make all necessary measurements to determine quantities of materials required.
