The Contractor shall provide Grease Trap Cleaning Service and Repair as needed for the Department of Rehabilitation's Business Enterprise Program Cafeterias and snack bars facilities at the locations listed in Exhibit G. Provide pumping and cleaning services for interior and exterior grease traps. Scrape grease trap accessible interior walls to remove debris and residue, steam clean and / or hydro jet, if applicable. Deodorizing may be requested at no extra charge to the state. Haul and dispose grease trap contents in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances. Hydro jetting maybe be required and will be charged to the state at a rate of $250.00 flat rate per hour. Provide minor repairs to prevent grease trap leaks. Questions due 6/1/22. Term is two years. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
