The work to be performed consists, in general, of constructing grading and drainage improvements located on the Green Waste Facility site on S. Mount Vernon Avenue in Bakersfield, California. Work includes, but is not limited to, site grading, construction of new pavement using Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), construction of a stormwater collection and conveyance system, the demolition of the existing storm water lift station, construction of a new storm water lift station including all appurtenances, installation of two new pumps, and installation of electrical, plus all items of work necessary to complete the specified project. Questions are due no later than 10:00 AM seven calendar days prior to the scheduled bid opening.
