Mandatory pre-bid site tours are scheduled for the time and date specified in the table in the bid documents (10/27/2021 at 8am is the first site visit). Bidders shall confirm their attendance at the site tours no later than 2:00 pm on October 26, 2021 by submitting an email to the Procurement Contact, Tammy Spinks, at tspinks@fairfaxwater.org. The email shall include the attendee’s name, company name, a mobile number, and the site or sites for which the Bidder will attend. Any bid received from a bidder not in attendance at the site tour for the location for which they have submitted an offer will be rejected and will not be eligible for award.

The objective of this Invitation to Bid (IFB) is to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders to provide regularly scheduled and as needed grounds maintenance, landscaping and restoration services as specified and defined herein. Q&A due by 2pm, 11/15/21.
