SR 0051, Section 11A (Fourth Avenue-Fifth Avenue-Stoops Ferry Road) -From SR 3087 (Thorn Run Road) at Segments 0720/0721 Offsets 0720/0790 (Station 0+00 NB/SB) to a point approximately 530 feet south of SR 3089 (Flaugherty Run Road) at Segment 0780 Offset 3052 (Station 54+25). Various State Routes and Facilities throughout Allegheny County for unforeseen repair and/or resurfacing, as directed. Prequalification required. Prevailing wages apply.
