The Town of Plymouth seeks bids for furnishing and placing of steel beam or wood backed guardrails, including terminal or buried end sections; steel backed timber guardrails, including terminal section (concrete anchor); and chain link fence and gates. Only prospective bidders pre-qualified for Guardrail and Fencing by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Transportation are eligible to submit a bid. The agreement shall be for the period of contract execution through December 31, 2022. At the sole discretion of the Town, and subject to appropriation of funds, this agreement may be extended for the period January 1, 2023, though December 31, 2023, and January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The project value is estimated to be $182,250 per year, with a total of $555,750 over the possible 3-year term.
